Why in-house underwriting matters
Most brokers pass your file straight to a lender and wait. We underwrite it first. That means gaps in documentation, debt schedules and financial statements are caught and resolved before a lender ever sees them.
Our relationships with banks, SBA lenders, bridge and hard money lenders, and commercial management companies let us match each underwritten loan to the right source of funding, whether you’re buying, building, refinancing or growing a business.

Financing and property, under one roof
Pen Pointe Commercial Underwriters works alongside our parent firm, Pen Pointe Brokers, a licensed commercial real estate brokerage. If you need a location as well as financing, our agents help you lease or buy the right space and negotiate terms that protect your business.
We advise clients against personally guaranteeing a commercial lease, and we attend every closing so nothing is left to chance.
