Commercial loan officers
Commission split for 20% of every PPCU in house loans, for inexperienced: 30/70 split. for loan officers from their own generated leads. At least 24 months commercial mortgage experience required. Pen Pointe trains all Commercial loan officers and processors. Commission based position.
Commercial Loan Processor
At least 24 months’ commercial real estate experience required. Commission and base salary with mandatory performance.
Administrative Assistant
At least one years’ experience, must type 50+ words per minute, ten-key by touch, proficiency in Microsoft. Salary +commission + bonus position
Loan Officer
At least two years commercial real estate experience required. Commission based position.
Marketing Director
At least two years real estate experience. Commission plus base
Executive Administrative Assistant
Two years’ experience, 60 words per minute, ten-key by touch, proficiency in Microsoft and Mac. Salary +commission + bonus position.
Hybrid Loan Officers
ybrid Loan Officers must have a minimum of four years of experience with a proven closing tract record. Commission only
Licensed real estate agents
Commission split for experience 80/20.
Inexperienced real estate agents
Commission split 60/40 from leads generated by an agent. All Leads generated by Pen Pointe and assigned to a Pen Pointe agent, commission split 50/50.
Work From Home
Looking for work from home loan officer, loan processor and new agents.
Administrative Assistant
At least one years’ experience, must type 50+ words per minute, ten-key by touch, proficiency in Microsoft. Salary +commission + bonus position.
Office Manager
At least two years experience in a financial or real estate position. Starting salary $30-$35k per year plus bonuses. (Salary negotiable with strong verifiable experience/financial background.)
