  At least 24 months of commercial mortgage experience. Commission based: 20% of every in-house PPCU loan; 30/70 split on self-generated leads for newer officers. Training provided.

• Hybrid Loan Officer

  At least four years of experience with a proven closing record. Commission only.

• Loan Officer

  At least two years of commercial real estate experience. Commission based.

• Commercial Loan Processor

  At least 24 months of commercial real estate experience. Base salary plus commission, with performance requirements. Training provided.

• Office Manager

  At least two years in a financial or real estate role. Starting salary $30,000–$35,000 plus bonuses, negotiable with strong verifiable experience.

• Marketing Director

  At least two years of real estate experience. Base plus commission.

• Executive Administrative Assistant

  Two years of experience, 60+ words per minute, ten-key by touch, proficient in Microsoft Office and Mac. Salary, commission and bonus.

• Administrative Assistant

  At least one year of experience, 50+ words per minute, ten-key by touch, proficient in Microsoft Office. Salary, commission and bonus.

• Licensed Real Estate Agent

  Experienced agents: 80/20 commission split.

• New Real Estate Agent

  60/40 split on self-generated leads; 50/50 on leads assigned by Pen Pointe.

• Work from home

  Remote loan officer, loan processor and new agent roles.
